Irish Bread Pudding with Caramel Whiskey Sauce

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I wanted to share a fun, non-traditional Irish recipe with you to celebrate this fun holiday, and I think I’ve found just the one! This bread pudding is light and moist. It’s complimented by the Caramel Whiskey sauce, which adds a bit of heavy flavoring to it.
